| As part of the series of annual Scottish Universities Summer Schools in Physics, the Centre for Science at Extreme Conditions at the University of Edinburgh is planning to run a 10-day Summer School on "High Pressure Physics" from Monday May 26th - Friday June 6th 2008. The School will be held at the Sabhal Mòr Ostaig Gaelic College on the Hebridean Island of Skye. The School is supported by SUSSP, SUPA, COST 16, EPSRC and ESF. |

| The registration fee is 750.00 British pounds and it covers the attendance costs, accommodation and meals for the duration of the School, the conference dinner as well as one night accommodation in Edinburgh and travel to and from Skye if required. Some bursaries will be available. Deadlines: |
