CSEC collaborator gets the Royal Society recognition (May 2008). CSEC'c long standing collaborator Dr. Ho-kwang (Dave) Mao of the Geophysical Laboratory, Carnegie Institution of Washington, has been elected as a Foreign Member of the Royal Society. This is in recognition of Dr. Mao's prominent contribution to study of materials under pressure and the implications for geoscience, planetary science, physics, chemistry, and materials science (read more on this here).
