Extreme Dining event attracts the attention of the press (November 2009). Dr. Jenny Rodgers and Prof. Colin Pulham (School of Chemistry) have organised an Extreme Dining Event in CSEC (7 pm on the 12th of November 2009). It was a four course journey in extreme dining with live demonstrations of how extreme pressures and temperatures can be used to enhance your dinning experience. Can you make diamonds out of peanuts? How can we remove caffeine from coffee? Can we make hot ice cream? The event was a great success. It was well attended and even received the press coverage in The Evening News.
